Requests are not contracts
Sending the form, receiving a reference number, or having a message accepted by a mail server does not create a contract to perform tree work. Scope, price, date, and any permit responsibility are open until they are agreed in a separate exchange. If no one replies, no work has been sold.
Information on the pages
Service descriptions explain typical methods and Tampa’s publicly described permit process. They are not a site inspection, an arborist report, or legal advice. Tree condition and city rules have to be checked for the specific lot. The permit guide links to city sources because those sources control.
Nothing on the site promises around-the-clock response, a fixed price, permit approval, or a particular piece of equipment.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having permission to discuss the property. Do not send someone else’s personal data unless you are allowed to. Do not send account passwords or payment card numbers. The form is not a payment page.
