What is collected
A quote is stored only after the required fields pass validation. We store your name, email address, the service you select, your project description, and your consent. Phone, property location, and preferred date are stored only if you enter them. We also keep a request ID, the time of the request, and whether an email notice was sent. A shortened record of the network address is kept to limit repeated submissions. The form does not accept file uploads.
Server logs may include the time, the request ID, and an error code when email fails. They are not meant to store the text of your message.
Why it is collected
The fields are used to review a tree-service request or a privacy request, to avoid duplicate submissions, and to limit abuse of the form. We do not sell personal information.
Email and recipients
When mail is configured, the request is emailed to [email protected]. Your address is used so we can reply. The message goes through the host’s mail service or the configured email provider. The hosting company can see data stored on the server because it operates the machine. We do not send the form to advertisers.
Cookies and security
The contact page uses a first-party session cookie named gr_session so the form can be submitted securely. It is limited to this website, expires when the browser session ends, and is not used for advertising. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Quote requests are stored on the server that hosts this website and are not published. Use the HTTPS address of the site when you submit the form.
How long records are kept
Quote records are kept for up to 730 days. Older records are removed when scheduled cleanup runs on the server. Until that cleanup is scheduled, a record can remain longer. You may ask for deletion sooner. A privacy request does not delete the record by itself. Someone who operates the site has to do that. There is no public login for editing a request.
Access, correction, and deletion
Send a privacy request through the contact form or the email above. Include the email you used and, if you have it, the request ID that starts with GR-. Say whether you want a copy, a correction, or deletion.
What this policy does not cover
City offices and Tampa Electric are separate organizations. If you call a number listed in the permit guide, you are contacting them under their own notices.
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads are not installed on this site right now. If they are added later, they stay off until you allow them. A form that is rejected or only saved on the website is not sent as an advertising conversion.
