FAQ

Questions about tree removal and tree care

Answers about quotes, permits, and how to request tree work in Tampa.

These questions sit alongside the shorter sets on the service pages. If you need the permit detail, use the Tampa guide. If you are ready to describe a tree, use the form.

Questions

Common questions

Where do I start if I do not know the service name?

Open the services index and match the situation: standing tree, pruning, palm, stump, dead, fallen, or storm debris. The form also has an Other option.

Why is there no price list?

A price without diameter, access, and targets would be invented. Each service page lists the factors that belong in a quote instead.

Can I upload photos?

Not on this form. Describe the tree, the size, and what it is near.

What if I do not get an email reply?

The page tells you whether the request was emailed. If it says the request was saved and not emailed, call or write us so the request is not left only on the website.

How do Tampa permits fit in?

Many removals and some large-tree pruning need city review. The permit guide links to tampa.gov. The form does not file an application.

Who do I call if a tree is on a power line?

Tampa Electric’s electrical emergency line published by the city is 813-228-1111. That is the utility, not this website.

Are the photos your completed jobs?

No. They show trees, palms, and equipment. Credits for licensed photos are on the About page.
